This course provides you with fundamental knowledge of peak performance and how each of you can achieve success in your own lives. In this course, you will examine the strategies that successful individuals use to stay motivated and consistently perform at their very best, overcoming challenges and stressful situations to succeed. You will learn about the biopsychosocial approach to peak performance, and find out about mental, physical, and emotional strategies that can help you to manage your behaviours and improve interactions with people around you. You will draw upon the multidisciplinary field of performance and learn to adopt a growth mindset and apply the habits of high performers to your life.
Staff from all levels of work, corporate/organisational leaders, and all other individuals who are interested in achieving peak performance in various domains of their life.

About the TrainersDr Nathanael Ong
Dr Nathanael Ong is a Lecturer with the College of Interdisciplinary & Experiential Learning (CIEL) in SUSS. He was formerly a sport psychologist with the Singapore Sport Institute, where he supported our Team Singapore national athletes with their psychological preparation for competitions and major games. He is an avid researcher and has published more than 10 international peer-reviewed journal articles in areas related to peak performance.

Course Fee
1 Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy: Singaporeans aged 40 and above may enjoy subsidies up to 90% of the course fees.
2 Enhanced Training Support for SMEs: SME-sponsored employees (Singaporean Citizens and PRs) aged 21 and above may enjoy subsidies up to 90% of the course fees.
Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.
Participants are required to complete all surveys and feedbacks related to the course.
The course fees are reviewed annually and may be revised. The University reserves the right to adjust the course fees without prior notice.
