Programme Code: GDHCM

Overview

People are at the heart of every successful organisation. As organisations navigate rapid technological advances, workforce transformation, demographic shifts and evolving employee expectations, the role of Human Capital (HC) professionals has expanded beyond traditional human resource management. Today's HC professionals are expected to be strategic business partners who drive organisational performance, lead change initiatives, leverage data for informed decision-making and build future-ready workforces.

The Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management (GDHCM) is designed to equip working professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical capabilities to manage people strategically in a rapidly changing business environment. Combining contemporary human capital practices with real-world application, the programme prepares graduates to address organisational challenges across talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, employee experience and human capital consulting.

Developed with industry relevance in mind, the GDHCM adopts an applied learning approach that enables students to translate theory into workplace practice through authentic assessments, case studies and practical projects.
