Graduates of the GDHCM may apply to progress to the Master of Human Capital Management (MHCM), subject to the University's prevailing admission and credit recognition requirements. The MHCM enables professionals to build on the knowledge gained in the GDHCM by developing advanced capabilities in strategic human capital management, organisational transformation and leadership.

1. How many intake(s) are there in a year for Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management (GDHCM)?
   One intake per year, every July.
   
   
2. What are the minimum and maximum durations of GDHCM?
   The GDHCM programme has a minimum of 2 semesters (one year) and a maximum duration of four semesters (two years).
   
   
3. How many courses do students take in each semester?
   Students are recommended to complete three HCM courses per semester.
   
   
4. When are the lessons scheduled?
   Each course lasts for four weeks. Lessons are scheduled on four consecutive Saturdays. They run from 8.30 am to 11.30 am and then from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
   
   
5. What are the assessment components in each course?
   It consists of a mixture of class participation, case discussion, Group-based assignment(s) and End of Course Assessment(s).
   
   
6. How do I apply?

7. Is an interview required for admission?
   Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an interview.
   
   
8. Is GMAT or GRE required for admission?
   No. GMAT or GRE score is not required for admission to GCHCM or GDHCM programme.
   
   
9. What happens if I do not complete the graduate programmes (e.g. Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master) within the candidature period? Can I apply to take the remaining courses via CET pathway?
   Students who have not completed their graduate programmes within the stipulated candidature period will not be eligible for the award of the qualification for such graduate programmes. Such students however may apply to take, via the CET pathway, the remaining courses which they did not complete under their graduate programmes as part of their personal learning and development . Such application will be subjected to the CET admission requirement. However, as such students have exceeded the candidature period for their graduate programmes, they will not be awarded the qualification for such graduate programmes even after taking and completing the remaining courses via the CET pathway (“Condition”).
