Student Life (STL) offers students diverse platforms to cultivate positive connections and relationships, enhance self-awareness and emotional intelligence, build resilience, and take ownership of their well-being for personal growth and happiness. STL aims to foster an inclusive, sustainable, and enabling well-being culture to maximise the personal success of SUSS students. By integrating the CARE framework (Connection - Awareness - Resilience - Empowerment) into its well-being programmes, STL emphasizes on four dimensions of wellness: Mental and Emotional Well-being, Physical Well-being, Intellectual and Occupational Well-being, and Social Well-being. |
