About Entrepreneurial Work Attachment
The Entrepreneurial Work Attachment (E-WA) combines a 3-month SUSS Venture Builder (VB) Programme with an additional 3 months of continued venture building and strategic development.
Venture Builder Programme (3 Months)
The VB Programme is a 3-month structured programme supporting aspiring and existing founders in building and sustaining their impact ventures.
Powered by Ngee Ann Kongsi, Mrs Lee Choon Guan and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
Post-VB Work Attachment (3 Months)
During the extended 3-month post-VB work attachment, participants will work closely with the VB team and in-residence serial entrepreneurs and mentors to:
- Refine business models
- Scale operations
- Develop long-term strategic growth plans

Social Impact focused
At SUSS, we guide our startups towards both profitability and purpose. Our goal is to support the development of impactful ventures that achieve a double bottom line.
Mentor
Each participant will be paired with an experienced mentor who will provide mentorship and guidance, helping you progress from the idea stage to initial launch.
Post-Programme Funding
Access up to S$25,000 equity-free funding. All participants are fast-tracked for the Ngee Ann Kongsi-SUSS Social Impact Grant.
Co-working space
VB participants have access to the co-working space in SUSS Student Success Centre, Level 4, Social Innovation Space for the duration of the programme.
Sponsored & Equity-Free
The VB programme is entirely equity-free and a kickstart funding of S$4,500 is provided by donors to support the impact venture of each participant, upon completion of the deliverables
Post-VB, participants will continue their venture-building journey for a further three months with an experienced VB team, alongside in-residence serial entrepreneurs and mentors.
