Career Prospects

The GDED equips graduates to excel in diverse career paths, including teaching, educational leadership, instructional design, and corporate learning and development, among other opportunities.

Programme Structure

GDED students are required to complete 30 credit units (cu) of coursework. They have the option to pursue the GDED as an independent qualification or combine it with the Graduate Diploma in Learning Design and Technology (GDLDT) to earn a Master of Education. Additionally, the GDED can be stacked with other master’s programmes at SUSS, including Master of Social Sciences (MSSC) or Master of Management (MMGT). This flexibility allows students to integrate educational expertise with knowledge from other fields, tailoring their learning to align with their career goals.
