There are many opportunities available to you as a student leader in LEAD Academy:
1. Networking Sessions- Networking and building social capital are critical to leadership effectiveness. As a LEAD Academy student leader, you will have opportunities to network with your peers (in SUSS or across other autonomous universities), alumni, mentors and industry partners.
- You will have opportunities to interact with University's Management and Ministers of State through various engagement platforms and events.
- Student leaders and groups who have positively contributed to student life in SUSS will be recognised through various appreciation sessions and recognition mechanisms.
2. Involvement in Greenharvesting initiatives or other University programmes
- As a student leader, you can further hone your leadership skills while also contributing back to SUSS by supporting the University's programmes and events.

This annual leadership forum unites student leaders from across Asia and beyond to tackle social sustainability challenges and develop actionable solutions together.
LEAD Camp
Passionate student leaders from SUSS Advocacy Groups, Competition Groups, and Interest Groups come together at this camp to explore sustainability leadership while building meaningful connections.
Singapore Young Leaders Programme
The annual Singapore Young Leaders Programme (SYLP) enables student leaders to co-create workshops alongside persons with disabilities, exploring themes like overcoming challenges and personal storytelling while building empathy and understanding.
LEADx
LEADx creates connections between fellow student leaders through an Ask-Me-Anything session with the Dean of Students, and collaborative workshops that focusses on leadership and campus life.

Stewards Induction Programme
This programme develops student leaders to drive social impact projects at SUSS and beyond. Participants work with Strengths-certified coaches who help them identify and strengthen their leadership capabilities.
