We are SUSS’s focal point for research into behavioural insights and nudges, with a special focus on the workplace. We bring together experts across the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) network to work on important topics such as employee wellbeing, workplace safety and health, and human capital.

Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR)

Happenings
SUSS Sustainability Hackathon 2025
Can sustainability be an engine of growth for businesses? Between August and October 2025, five selected SUSS student teams will work with supply chain and logistics companies to demonstrate how.
Witness as interdisciplinary SUSS student teams, mentored by SUSS faculty and industry experts, compete to develop actionable and impactful solutions, all while competing for the top cash prize of $6,000.

Our Centre of Excellence bring our insights driven approach to continuing education and training (CET).
We offer four CET courses that are evidence-based, data-driven, and contextualised to the learners’ environment at the workplace. Find out more about the SkillsFuture subsidies applicable for these CET courses.
