Leading Human Capital, Strengthening Communities

Singapore's organisations are navigating rapid workforce and technological change and need Human Resource (HR) leaders who can turn people strategy into lasting advantage.

The SUSS Human Resource Management Programme offers undergraduate and post-graduate degrees, from the Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Singapore's first and only full-time bachelor’s degree in HRM offered by an Autonomous University, to the Master of Human Capital Management.

Our programmes equip current and future HR professionals with the applied industry knowledge and strategic acumen needed to lead, innovate, and thrive in tomorrow's economy. Working closely with industry and community partners, we are training human capital leaders who strengthen organisations and contribute to communities.
