Synopsis 

This workshop is intended for tertiary and continuing education instructors who wish to create inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that promote active participation among students. Participants will explore the importance of effective communication, eliminating bias, and nurturing psychological safety in learning environments. The workshop will provide practical strategies for educators to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Learning Outcomes 

At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
  1. State the significance of psychological safety and inclusivity in a learning environment
  2. Identify potential sources and impact of bias in communication
