About C-three
C-three offers counselling, life coaching, and workshops to our full-time and part-time students to:
- promote mental wellness and resilience,
- manage specific concerns or crisis, and
- facilitate personal development and discovery.
Entering university is a major transition, with many exciting opportunities and challenges for growth and development. There may be times when managing multiple stressors or responsibilities of work, family, relationships, and studies, seem overwhelming.
Our team of professional Counsellors, Psychologists and Life Coaches will do our best to help you navigate these periods of distress, so that you may develop personal capacity and resilience.
Confidentiality & Assurance
Your privacy is important to us. Our team observes professional code of ethics to ensure strict confidentiality of our sessions.
Confidentiality is limited only in exceptional circumstances such as when:
- there is potential harm to you, and/or the community,
- required by SUSS regulations, or the Law.
