Learning is made accessible through bite-sized virtual learning, curated e-learning, and recognising informal learning. Our current and future leaders are also equipped with the necessary skill sets to thrive in our university’s transformational phase through our Leadership Coaching Programme.
UWellness, an integrated programme of activities, events, and initiatives aimed at providing a more holistic approach to work-life fit and building community connectedness, was launched in early 2023. This represents SUSS’ commitment and renewed emphasis on creating a human-centric work environment for our employees.
Since our inception, SUSS has been a valued volunteer partner of AWWA and is recognised for our extraordinary contributions toward volunteerism.
