FAQs

Below are some of the commonly asked questions regarding C-three's services:

Counselling, and coaching services are provided for full-time and part-time students of Singapore University of Social Sciences​ at no cost.

Referrals can be made to a variety of psychological, therapeutic, or psychiatric services in the community if and when appropriate and necessary. The psychologist/counsellor will discuss with the client to determine the best way forward.

Counselling – our counsellors will work closely with you to better understand the challenges in your life that may be causing you distress or discomfort and explore ways to manage them.

Coaching – our life coaches will work closely with you to maximise your personal and professional potential.

Clients are advised to rebook their appointment if they are unable to attend the scheduled appointment. You can refer to our rescheduling guide.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment without prior notification may have to reschedule their appointment.
