Eligibility

Bidders must fulfil the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• The Bidder (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by the University or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s tender opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action.
  
• The Bidder must attend the mandatory tender site briefing.
  
• The Bidder must meet minimum Net Tangible Assets (NTA) of $50K and annual revenue of $1M.
  
• The Bidder must have experience in organising events for at least 500 pax.

The University reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
