Implementation and Maintenance of a Payment and E-commerce (Saas) Solution

Bidders are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

  • The Bidder (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by the University or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s tender opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action. 
  • The Bidder shall possess a valid EPU/CMP/10 registration certificate with a financial grade of at least S5. In lieu of a GSR registration certificate, the Bidder shall submit financial statements for the last three (3) years for assessment.

  • The proposed solution shall be offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

The University reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
