Proposed Fit-Out Works to SUSS CCPE & IAL Offices, Learning and Collaboration Facilities @ Lifelong Learning Institute, #07-03.

Eligibility

Tenderers are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

  • The Tenderers (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by SUSS or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s procurement opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action.

  • Mandatory registration with BCA Contractors Registration System (CRS) under work head CR06 (Interior Decoration & Finishing Works) with tendering limit of at least L3 ($5 million). If the tenderers are not registered yet, the Tenderer shall enclose a copy of the receipt for registration paid or the application for registration together with the Tender Offer.

  • Attendance at the compulsory site briefing and show-round.

  • Tenderers shall be minimally BizSAFE Level 3 certified with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and are strongly encouraged to submit their certificate as part of the submission.

  • Tenderers shall not have entered MOM’s Business Under Surveillance (BUS) programme at the point of Tender closing.

  • Experience and proven track record in interior fitting-out works, and Tenderers must have completed at least one (1) interior fitting-out project with a minimum contract value of $500,000 in Singapore in the period 2018 to 2023.

  • The employer reserves the right to disqualify any Tenderer that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
