Eligibility
Tenderers must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate:
- The Tenderer (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by NUS/NTU/SMU/SIT/SUTD/SUSS or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in any University’s procurement opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action;
- The Tenderer shall be financially viable to undertake the Contract based on last three (3) years of audited financial statements and/or valid Government Supplier Registration (GSR) EPU/SER/33 – Service (Survey) of financial grading of S6 $3,000,000 and above; and
- The Tenderer shall not be facing any actual or threatened litigation or winding up proceedings, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
