Eligibility
Bidderes are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:
- Full Compliance
- The Tender Offer shall comply fully with all requirements and conditions stated in the Tender Document.
- Debarment Status
- Any company or business that is currently debarred from participating in SUSS’ procurement opportunities or public sector tenders is not eligible to participate in this Tender. If a Tender Offer is submitted without explicitly mentioning that the Tenderer is currently debarred, SUSS shall treat the submission of the Tender Offer as an expressed continuing declaration by the Tenderer that the Tenderer is in fact eligible to participate in this Tender. If such a declaration is discovered to be false, SUSS shall be entitled to withdraw the Tenderer from this Tender and/or rescind any contract entered into pursuant to such a Tender Offer, without SUSS being liable therefor in damages or compensation and SUSS reserves all rights against such Tenderer for misrepresentation.
- Submission of Proposal
- Form of Tender must be fully completed with signatories of the Authorised Company Representatives, witnessed and dated. The sums shown in Section 1.2 Form of Tender must be the same as the total of Section 3 Price Schedule - Final Summary
The University reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatended ligitation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
