Eligibility

Bidderes are to fulfill the following critical criteria for their submissions to be further evaluated:

• The Bidder (including his officials) shall not be suspended or debarred by the University or the Standing Committee on Debarment, c/o Ministry of Finance from participating in the University’s tender opportunities or public sector tenders respectively or be facing any disciplinary action. 
  

• The Bidders must have at least three (3) years of track records in providing textbooks and e-study tools directly or indirectly to tertiary institutions in Singapore.
  

The University reserves the right to disqualify any Bidder that is assessed to be financially inviable to undertake the Contract; or involved in any actual or threatended ligitation or winding up proceeding, or a petition for or placed under judicial management.
