Contract management is essential for all business activities. It is important to assess and manage commercial and legal risks. For supply chain management, contract management is even more complicated as different stages of the supply chain may use a wide range of specific contracts, and thus special provisions and contracts are needed to manage unique legal risks. LOG369 Contract Management for Supply Chains aims to equip students will the necessary knowledge and skills to assess, draft and formulate supply chain contracts. The course will examine the theoretical, practical and legal aspects of contract management in the context of supply chain management. In light of the technological advances, the course will also examine and analyse key challenges and issues associated with the use of new technologies in contract management.
