Malay Consecutive Interpretation (MLL315)

Synopsis

This course will address Consecutive Interpreting, by examining its history and theoretical foundations and by taking students through practical exercises in the lab. Building upon MLL313e, the Course will take students through the mental processes necessary for CI, and the application of CI in real life. In the lab, students will apply the theoretical foundations to practical exercises involving different speech types, towards developing the skills of Consecutive Interpretation between English and Malay.
