PSS305 Governance and Development covers topics on the administration of a country, centralised and decentralised governance models. This course examines the relationship between decentralisation and local development, particularly the policies related to allocation of resources, service delivery and responsibilities of local authorities. This course also highlights the concept of sustainable development and strategies placed to achieve those goals.
