Synopsis

PSY513 Learning, Training, and Development aims to provide an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of designing, implementing, and evaluating effective learning and development programs in various organisational contexts. The course will cover the different types of learning and development interventions and explore the various factors that influence learning and development, including individual differences and organisational culture. By the end of this course, students will be equipped with practical knowledge and skills needed to design and implement effective learning and development programs that meet the needs of individuals and organisations.
