The Work-Learn course requires learners to undertake a 42-hour workplace learning project with an enterprise focusing on diagnosis of performance gap, co-creation of workplace learning solutions, implementing the bespoke solutions and evaluating their effectiveness in achieving the intended outcomes. It provides learners with the practical experience to integrate the concepts and principles they have learned in ‘Workplace Learning’ and apply them in a real-world setting.
