The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Innovation and Change (GCOIC) is a 15-credit unit programme comprising three courses focusing on innovation in the light of digital transformation, using data analytics for organisational change and planning for sustainable change.

Each of the courses in the GCOIC programme is 5 credit units (cu). Students who successfully complete 15 cu of coursework with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 will qualify for the award of the graduate certificate.
