Types of Gifts and How to Make a Gift

Types of Gifts

Annual Gifts

Annual gifts regardless of the amount from our alumni and stakeholders are utilised for the general purpose of advancement of education at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). You have a choice of monthly or annual giving via GIRO or credit card.

Commencement Class Gifts

Mark the beginning of your lifelong relationship with SUSS with your first post-graduation Gift which will be utilised to ease the financial burden of your successors. Your support and commitment will go a long way in ensuring that more students are able to benefit from a holistic educational experience at SUSS – just like how you did over the past few years.

Celebratory Giving

Instead of the usual birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations, why don’t you dedicate your next celebration to effect a change in the community? By naming SUSS as the beneficiary of your celebrations, your support and goodwill will allow deserving SUSS students to make a lasting impact in the social sector. Instead of birthday presents and cards, your family and friends can each make a Gift to SUSS; and together, all of you will make a collective difference to the lives of our students. Contact us and we’ll work with you on how to have a celebration that is impactful and unforgettable.

Planned Giving

Through Planned Giving, you can pledge your properties, savings, Central Provident Fund, securities or life insurance policies to SUSS. By designating SUSS as one of the beneficiaries in your will, you will make a lasting impact on the lives of future generations. Please contact us if you would like to discuss making a planned gift.

In Memoriam Giving

In Memoriam Giving is a meaningful way for you to honour and pay tribute to someone whose accomplishments or contributions have touched your life. It is a significant and wonderful way to continue their legacies after their passing.
