"The 2 years spent pursuing a Master degree at SUSS was nothing short of incredible. Our professors, who have extensive experience in the language learning realm, maintained a rich learning environment that encouraged constructive discussions during lessons. As our modules were premised on practical research strands, I was able to employ many insights gleaned from our tutorial sessions to enhance language learning experiences for my students. The academic rigour of this programme meant a considerable amount of assignments. However, the close bond that my classmates and I had built due to the small class size and our professors' constant encouragement motivated us to persevere. Till date, my classmates and I speak of how much we miss attending tutorial sessions - such was the impact of the programme. I would like to especially thank A/P Benny Lee for being our pivotal pillar of support and cheering us on towards the 'finish line'. Further, my sincere gratitude extends to the late Mr Lee Kong Chian's organisation for encouraging my academic journey further through the TESOL Silver and Achievement awards. "

"When I was deciding whether to take my programme at SUSS (formerly known as UniSIM), I was conflicted about my decision. However, beyond the struggles I faced, it had been an unbelievable and extraordinary journey.
I felt very pleased when I knew that I was finally going to graduate. But I was even more delighted when I received the letters informing me that I had been awarded four top student awards. It was such a pleasant surprise. Achieving these awards were a motivation for me and had made my learning journey in SUSS even more accomplished.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the donors, i.e. Tamil Language Council & Sri Vinayaka Exports Pte Ltd, for expressing their dedicated support and recognition of academic achievements. These awards were not just a mere symbol of those challenging three years, but also exhibited a prominent message of encouragement for future endeavours.
