Looking for ways to stay fit and active at home? Come join us in this 45-minute workout session. The workouts are a mix of boxing and cardio exercises that will raise your heart rate!
The class will consist of strength rounds, cardio rounds, core and boxing hybrid sets that are a mixture of endurance and cardio.
Session will include guiding and coaching from instructor for those who may not be very familiar with working out.
We recommend that attendees wear comfortable sport shoes and attire.
