This 3-hour programme provides an insight on how SME Leaders can create transformational impact on their businesses. Participants get to preview a diagnostic test to understand their leadership potential and strengths. Participants will then learn about the key challenges that SMEs today face, and how to overcome them through leadership, resilience and entrepreneurial qualities for their next level of growth.
