Unlocking Lifelong Learning Opportunities For The Security Industry

Security

Security professionals received a leg-up on their upskilling needs with the latest inked agreement between the Singapore Police Force (SPF), Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and SUSS. On 28 June 2021, representatives from the three entities met virtually to inaugurate the collaboration agreement to offer a joint certification for the Diploma in Policing and Security Management!

Through this collaboration, SUSS will incorporate four modular courses in this part-time diploma programme. Graduates of the diploma may also upgrade their knowledge and skills by enrolling in the SUSS Bachelor of Public Safety and Security with Minor programme after graduation. Upon completion of the Challenge Examination, successful applicants will receive credit recognition for the SUSS-provided modules.

Through this collaboration, SPF officers and personnel in the security industry can look forward to having a boosted Continuing and Education Training progression and lifelong learning opportunities.
