SUSS partners with established academic institutions from around the world to offer a wide range of full-time and part-time academic programmes and to provide rich learning experiences for students.
Established in 1978, the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (GSCASS) is one of the earliest institutions for graduate programmes in China, equipped with the most comprehensive setup of disciplines in humanities and social sciences. According to the China Academy of Management Science, GSCASS has, for many years, ranked first for its comprehensive strength in graduate education in humanities and social sciences in China.
The University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (UCASS) was established in May 2017 on the basis of GSCASS. With 39 teaching departments for graduate programmes and 11 schools, the University offers 115 majors for doctoral degrees, 120 majors for master's degrees, eight majors for professional master's degrees, and 34 for bachelor's degrees.On 1 July 2022, UCASS and SUSS formally entered into an MOU to enhance and facilitate the valuable partnership for further inter-academic exchanges and collaborations in graduate degree programmes.
