Singapore University of Social Sciences

The University of Santo Tomas (UST) is one of the top four universities in the Philippines. It is the oldest university in the whole of Asia, with a history of four centuries. UST offers 188 degree programmes, 78 of which are graduate level. UST has an autonomous status with centres of excellence in the fields of education, and maintains 120 bilateral agreements with higher education institutions and research institutes across 27 countries. Its internationalisation strategy aims to expand opportunities for students and faculty on cross-cultural immersions through mobility programmes, and with internationalisation at home through visiting international academics, hosting of international conferences, joint thematic conferences, research collaborations, joint/dual degree programmes and transnational education programmes.

On 11 October 2021, UST and SUSS signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on language courses, semester exchange programmes and overseas experiential learning.
