Accomplished Collaboration

Civil Service College

The Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore was inaugurated as a statutory board under the Public Service Division (PSD), Prime Minister’s Office, in October 2001. Its mission is to develop people for a first-class public service. As the public sector’s core institution for training, learning, research and staff development; CSC provides officers from across the public service with opportunities to learn and share knowledge; network, dialogue and exchange views; and develop a service-wide ethos and shared perspectives.

On 19 January 2016, SUSS signed an MOU with CSC and PSD, committing to jointly develop, promote and conduct an undergraduate programme in the area of public sector service management. This is part of SUSS’ ongoing SkillsFuture initiative to make university-level education accessible to working adults to upgrade themselves in work-related competencies. On 17 July 2018, SUSS and CSC signed a collaborative agreement on capability development of public officers on CSC's Digital Learning Platform (DLP).
