Belt And Road International Production Capacity Cooperation Promotion Center (BRICC) is under the guidance of China National Development and Reform Commission. This is an important platform serving the 'One Belt And One Road' cooperation strategy, providing industrial policy guidance to enterprises in the international cooperation initiative, and guiding member organisations with professional and market-oriented services. One of their missions is to cultivate international talents by providing international students with job/internship opportunities.

On 25 May 2021, SUSS formalised its partnership with BRICC to support and promote a virtual internship programme, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
