On 8 September 2021, SUSS-Institute for Adult Learning and SIA signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen the capabilities of its employees through the co-creation of aviation-related courses and executive management programmes, enhancing the quality of SIA’s in-house trainers, supporting the professional development of SIA’s personnel, and co-developing approaches and practices that enhance organisational and workplace learning.
