The Defence Psychology Department (DPD) is the specialist headquarters in Psychology for the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). DPD works closely with policy-makers and SAF commanders to enhance the people factors that give MINDEF and the SAF the decisive edge.
On 8 February 2013, SUSS’ School of Business and MINDEF’s DPD signed an MOU to collaborate and provide continuing education in the areas of statistics and analytics. The parties will work on a collaborative platform to share expertise for training and provide opportunities for final-year students to gain industry experience.
