Dr Janice Tan is a Senior Lecturer of the Psychology Program at SUSS. Her research area is in mental health and criminality, specifically in the areas of sexual offender assessment and management, and psychopathy. Dr Janice is also a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor who has close to 20 years of experience in clinical and forensic mental health. She provides psychological services to youth and adults, particularly in the areas of mental health, offending, and at-risk behaviours. She is also a specialist in sex offender assessment and intervention. Dr Janice has close to 15 years of experience as a clinical supervisor, providing individual and group supervision to junior and senior psychologists, associate psychologists, and psychologists-in-training. She is also a Specialist Adult Educator (Facilitation) under the Adult Education Professionalisation (AEP) and an Appointed Member of the Management Committee of the Singapore Boys’ Hostel.
