Dr Pamela Goh is a lecturer with the Public Safety and Security Programme, at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She specialises in understanding the human psychology behind national security related events, having examined how people behave, communicate, and react in times of offline and online crises. Previously from the Ministry of Home Affairs, she had explored various security issues, including cybercrimes, from the psychosocial perspective.
