Julia is a globally aware and passionate advocate for Early Childhood Inclusion, drawing on her experiences working with diverse needs of children in Singapore and Canada. Currently, she serves as the Lead Learning Support Educator/Educational Therapy Professional at Child Support Services, NTUC First Campus Co-operatives Ltd. In this role, Julia leads a team of Learning Support Educators, providing early intervention services to K1 and K2 children through the Development Support and Learning Support programme. She also offers Educational Therapy to children with learning difficulties and collaborates closely with the KKH DCD Consulting Team as a coach. Additionally, Julia conducts professional development workshops for teachers, emphasising the importance of inclusive education for all learners.
With her registration as a Fellow at the Register of Educational Therapists (Asia), Julia is dedicated to promoting neurodiversity and believes that teachers and families play vital roles in supporting children with diverse needs. She envisions a future where schools and educators embrace neurodiversity within their classrooms.
