As an Educational Leadership Specialist at NTUC First Campus Co-operative Ltd (NFC), Natasha combines her role as a seasoned curriculum development specialist and leader to drive educational excellence. In her capacity, Natasha plays an instrumental role in designing workplace learning experiences and mentoring learners. With a strong focus on mentorship, Natasha places great importance on tailoring the work-study component of the NFC-SUSS Certificate in Early Childhood Education Leadership Programme (ECEL) to be relevant, authentic, and in tune with the learners' individual experiences. Natasha also leads the programme evaluation of ECEL; designing and implementing a continuous evaluation process that monitors the progress of learners as they develop into educational leaders. Additionally, she actively contributes to the development of a community of educational practice in early childhood education (ECE).
Natasha is also a practising life coach and has a profound interest in the realm of Positive Psychology and its potential to foster positive and meaningful transformations in people's day-to-day realities. Through her roles as an Educational Leadership Specialist and Work-Study Programme (WSP) mentor, Natasha inspires leaders with her invaluable knowledge and skills; fostering authenticity and sustainability in educational leadership.
