Sandy has accumulated a wide array of experiences from the insurance and banking industry for the past 19 years. As a Sales & Corporate trainer, she has worked with Consumer banking, SME banking, Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and Tied distribution in developing strategic training programs. She is currently responsible for the crafting and delivery of strategic product propositions to various distribution channels for AIA Singapore. She finds satisfaction from enabling people to gain clarity through simplifying the complex.
Having gone through multiple unanticipated changes in her own life, she has grown to embrace change as a deliberate choice, propelling her toward a future shaped by insight, growth and resilience.
