We have been partnering with SUSS for 2 years. In 2021, SUSS’s collaboration was critical in the successful launch of our Basic Wound Care course during our annual Wound Conference. SUSS’ instructional designers worked closely with our team to ensure the course was informative and engaging. This collaboration resulted in positive feedback from both conference attendees and online learners.
In 2022, SLH partnered with SUSS to co-launch the first micro e-learning course about pressure injuries on Gnowbe in Singapore. This e-learning module is now offered to caregivers free of charge, allowing us to extend its benefits to a wider audience. By taking an upstream approach, St Luke’s Hospital and SUSS hope to empower caregivers with the know-how to better prevent and care for pressure injuries, improve patient outcomes and reduce pressure injury-related hospital admissions, comorbidities and mortality.
The combination of the UniLearn platform and collaborative efforts with SUSS instructional designers aided us in our journey to significantly enhance our academy’s educational offerings, such as adding e-learning to traditional face-to-face learning format, making courses more accessible, efficient, and tailored to the needs of today’s learners. SUSS has also been instrumental in facilitating the enrollment of our participants to access e-learning content on UniLearn. As a result, we have witnessed a substantial increase in participant engagement and signup in our online courses. This support has not only improved accessibility but also contributed to higher completion rates among our learners.
SUSS’ dedication to supporting partners in their journey towards success and helping them achieve their goals makes them an ideal partner for endeavours aimed at making a positive impact on society.
