Synopsis

Changes are inevitable in any organization, especially during the new normal. Changes can occur at the individual, corporate and industry levels. Changes can produce positive, negative, or neutral outcomes. The current socio-economic conditions have proven that managing changes is critical to sustainability since the external and internal environments of an organization have been dynamic and evolving over time. The increasing volatility of the external and internal environment as well as changes in customers’ preferences and needs are considered as both strategic drivers and rationale for changes within organizations. In this context, this workshop aims to equip trainees with knowledge of change, change management, and how to respond to external volatility and internal weaknesses to successfully manage a change process, including managing resistance to change.
