SUSS Graduate Certificate in Analytics and Visualisation

Key Highlights

Programme Overview

Data analytics is one of the fastest growing fields in the new millennium. The idea that technology is a force multiplier has much relevance in Singapore and around the world. Today, we see the emergence of a new profile of individuals - data smart managers - with the potential to transform companies and industries at a much quicker pace than previously experienced. It is therefore increasingly important for managers to equip themselves with data skills, have the ability to perform complex data analysis, familiarise themselves with automation technologies, and make data-driven decisions.

The Graduate Certificate in Analytics and Visualisation aims to provide training in fundamental data skills to develop new data smart managers who will be at the intersection between business and data technologies. Students will learn technologies for data acquisition and data wrangling as well as data storytelling. They will have the option of choosing an elective from a basket of elective offerings that cover topics such as data analytics, statistical design thinking, hyperautomation and enterprise automation. Each course in the programme is self-contained. It is therefore suitable for those without prior background in computing and analytics to break into the data field.
