Collection of Academic Regalia
Please collect your Academic Regalia from:
Serangoon Broadway Studio

Date: 8 - 25 September 2021
Time: 10.00am to 8.00pm
Important Note: The studio is closed on Mondays and all Public Holidays.
Is there a Graduate Admission Card?
First you will need to show the QR code that you will receive once you completed your online registration for attendance.
Show the QR code at the registration point on the day of ceremony so you can:
- Get the Admission Card for proof of entry.
- Be given your seat number that will be pasted on your card.
Show your Admission Card to the usher for checking when lining up at the side of aisle for the presentation of graduates on stage.

If you would like to withdraw your attendance due to unforeseen circumstances, please send a written notice of withdrawal to SS_Events@suss.edu.sg.
In the email, please include your full name, PI number, programme, contact number and indicate the subject header as "Withdrawal of Attendance".

Return of Academic Regalia
Please note that if the Academic Regalia is returned after 23 October 2022, the deposit of $150 will be forfeited.
Complimentary Stage Photo
The complimentary stage photo will only be available for collection at Serangoon Broadway Studio from 12 October 2022 onwards.
On Ceremony Day
Collection of Degree and Transcripts
For graduates attending the Convocation ceremony, collection of certificates will be at the registration counter on the actual day.
If you require an additional copy of the transcript, a nominal fee will be charged. Please login to the Alumni Portal to request for a transcript. If you have forgotten your user ID and password, please contact our Alumni Relations Department at +65 6248 9215 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: There will be NO certificate collections during the physical Convocation 2022 Ceremony planned from 5 - 7 October 2022.
The collection dates are from 26 October to 14 November 2022 at the Student Service counter located at Block C, Level 1. The opening hours are from 830am to 530pm (Monday to Friday).
Please look out for more information from email@example.com, Student Portal and Student Services Telegram Channel (@StudentServicesSUSS) at a later date regarding collection of certificates for non-attendees.
If you are authorising someone to collect on your behalf, please complete the authorisation form and advise authorised person to bring along the form and other required documents.
