The Graduate Certificate in Organisation & Leadership for Non-profits (GCOLN) is for social entrepreneurs, executive leaders in both non-profit and for-profit organisations responsible for community engagement and CSR programmes. This programme will empower participants to harness diversity across stakeholder groups towards the desired social good. Through a combination of participant-centred learning and project assignments, participants will learn and practice stakeholder management principles, story-telling techniques, social impact analysis and social value creation to be effective as leaders for social good.

This programme is currently unable to take in international students, i.e., you must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or a resident in Singapore (e.g., Employment Pass holder) in order to apply for admission.

The curriculum for the GCOLN programme comprises a total of 15 credit units of courses. Participants have to enrol and complete all 3 courses (total 15 cu).
Students have to maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5 to graduate with GCOLN.
Compulsory Courses (15 cu)
Classes are conducted over four Saturdays. The minimum programme duration is 6 months.

NPM520, NPM522 and NPM524 are SSG funded course, each offering 5 Credit Units (CU).
