During the online registration, each Graduand may invite a maximum of two guests at free of charge. Tickets will be collected during gown collection at Serangoon Broadway Studio.
The availability of extra guest admission tickets is subjected to the final graduates' attendance of each ceremony and is available on a first come, first served basis.
In the Registration Portal, each Graduand can request up to 2 extra guest tickets. The result of the request will be sent to your email indicated on the registration after 11 September 2019. The additional tickets will be at S$16 nett per guest (or S$8 nett per child aged 6 to 12). Payment is to be made during the collection of Academic Regalia.
Guests must be seated by 9.15am for Sessions 1/3/5 and 2.15pm for Sessions 2/4. The doors will be closed after the ceremony has officially started; latecomers will not be allowed to enter the hall then. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
As the Convocation ceremony is a solemn event, guests are requested to remain seated throughout the ceremony.
Guests are not allowed to move forward to take photographs of graduates on stage to avoid overcrowding and disruption to the ceremonial proceedings.
An official photographer has been engaged to take the photographs during the presentation on stage. A complimentary photograph will be given to you when you return your Academic Regalia at Serangoon Broadway Studio. If you would like to purchase the convocation photographs, please refer to the Registration Portal for more details.
Note: Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used for publicity purposes.
Parking charges at SUSS are as follows:
- For Motor Car
Daily (including weekends and public holidays) from 6.00am to 11.59pm: S$1.28 per hour (inclusive of GST), based on 30-minute block charging
- For Motorcycle
Please note that car parking spaces at SUSS will be very limited and it is not likely that you will be able to locate a parking space easily. We strongly advise you and your guests to take public transport when attending the Convocation.
For guests with accessibility challenges (e.g. wheelchair-bound or on crutches, etc), please alight at the Atrium entrance or Basement 1 of Lift Lobby A1 of Block A where there are ramps, and then take the lift to level 4 for the graduation.
Guests in wheelchairs and their companions will be guided by the ushers to specially designated seating sections in the Hall.
After the Convocation Ceremony, guests should be seated until all Special Guests and Graduands have taken their leave.
