Meeting the challenges and demands of managing increasingly complex land transport systems in today’s dynamic urban landscape require professionals to have a multi-disciplinary skills set. In partnership with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Master of Management [Urban Transportation] programme equips students with organisational management skills as well as specialised knowledge in urban transport management. This enables graduates of this programme to play a leading role in policy formulation, planning, management and operations of land transport systems in cities around the world. The programme leverages on the global experience and expertise of senior professionals, scholars and researchers in transport- and management-related fields.

This programme is currently unable to take in international students, i.e., you must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or a resident in Singapore (e.g., Employment Pass holder) in order to apply for admission.
The curriculum for the Master of Management [Urban Transportation] programme consists of 60 credit units (cu) comprising 13 courses. The 13 courses are grouped under two main categories: Managing Organisation and Business Function (30 cu's consisting of 7 courses), and Urban Transport Management (30 cu's consisting of 6 courses).
The Master of Management [Urban Transportation] programme is specifically designed for practitioners who work in the various land transport related fields, as; Engineers, Planners, Architects, Public Transport Operators, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, Researchers, and Government Regulators.
The programme also caters to those who are looking for a career in land transport fields regardless of their backgrounds.
The Master of Management [Urban Transportation] programme provides a wide range of opportunities for graduates who want to develop a career in urban transport management. Upon graduation, students will find employment opportunities with public transport operators, transport consultancies and planners, contractors and constructors, intelligent transportation system providers, and governmental regulatory bodies.
